Registration & Abstracts


The price of the conference is DKK 1100 (approx. EUR 150) and covers participation in and meals during the conference. Conference dinner on 6 March is also included (dinner on 5 March is not). Please remember to make you own hotel reservations (more information on accommodation here).

The number of participants is limited to 130. Please register via the registration link below.

Submission of Abstracts

Abstract Submission Deadline:  15 January 2019

If you wish to present your work either as a poster or during a short talk, please submit an abstract as specified below. When submitting you will be asked to indicate if you wish to present a poster, a short talk (15 minutes), or both. Regarding the short talks, the submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Program Committee and the selected speakers will be announced end of January 2019.

How to submit your abstract

When you register for the conference, you can choose to upload your abstract right away or do it at a later time. When you have completed the registration for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access and edit your registration details in Conference Manager,. Following this link will allow you to upload your abstract. Please just bear in mind that the abstract submission deadline is on 15 January 2019. 

We highly recommend downloading the conference App where you can find information on the program, the invited speakers, as well as useful practical information (CM Events App - more information about the App here). The email you use for the registration is your login.

All abstracts will also be available via the App. In order to reduce the use of printed material, we will not hand out printed copies of the Book of Abstract, however, a pdf version of the "Book of Abstracts" will be e-mailed to all participants before the conference and available for download via the App.  

Abstract format

Margins: 2 cm margins on top and bottom; 2.5 cm margins at both sides, single-spaced.

Title: Times New Roman, 12 point font, bold, left justified.

Authors' Names: Times New Roman, 12 point font, left justified. Include first name in full, middle initial and family name in full.

Authors' Affiliations: Times New Roman, 10 point font, left justified. Affiliations should include the city and country. When more than one author is listed, use superscript letters to match authors and affiliations. One affiliation should be given per line, prefixed with the relevant superscript letter. 

Abstract: In no more than 300 words, please summarize what your presentation will be about. Format: Times New Roman, 12 point font, justified on both sides. Do not write the heading "Abstract". Leave two lines.

Presenting Author: The name of the presenting author must be underlined. 

Poster size

The poster boards are 100 cm wide and 170 cm high.

Short talks

There are many slots for short talks in the program. When submitting your abstract please indicate if you would like to give a short talk (15 minutes including time for questions). The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Program Committee and the selected speakers will be announced end of January 2019.
